The Guest Lounge
A warm welcome waits with welcome refreshments on arrival in the large and inviting guest lounge. Well equipped, with information to help you get the best from your Lynton Bed and Breakfast holiday, including: recommended walks and places to visit: Maps, tide times, visitor guides to places of interest; sample menus and guides to Lynton and Lynmouth's restaurants and bistros.
The hallway Notice Board has up to date details of local events, Lynton's cosy Cinema’s daily screening of the latest released films, and Exmoor National Park events.
Croft House is fully licensed, including Drinks license and you are welcome to order refreshments from the lounge, to enjoy here, in the garden or your own room. |
The Secluded Walled Garden
From the guest lounge a glorious wealth of foliage beyond the French windows entices you up a pathway to the small secluded walled garden.
A natural sun trap on a sunny day, you are welcome to take time to sit and enjoy your refreshments, beneath the canopy of green tranquility, in this little haven of Devon. |

The Dining Room & Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the bright and welcoming Dining Room, with individual tables and interesting features to observe whilst your breakfast is cooked to order.
Indulge in a generous breakfast: Fresh fruit salads, yoghurts, cereals, full cooked English or a lighter selection of cooked food and vegetarian options are freshly prepared to give you an appetite to enjoy your day in Exmoor's finest scenery. |

The hallway and staircase leads you to the charming bedrooms off two landings. The character bedrooms are individually named and styled and are all en-suite. |

There are delightful king-bed doubles and twin rooms, a larger super-king en-suite or the spacious and charming Lynton suite. Single occupancy can sometimes be offered, fully en-suite & normally with a double bed.
The cosy king-size on the top landing is often a favourite. The super-king en-suite double or large twin en-suite on the first landing provides that extra space & comfort. The delightful Lynton suite with its own sitting room has an extra touch of luxury and is ideal for the longer Bed and Breakfast break away.
With two landings, Croft House is ideal for group bookings, where you can book two or three adjacent rooms on one of the two floors. |

The Lynton Suite
A bright and beautifully presented large double aspect room with King size bed and additional sitting area, complimented by the en-suite facility with newly fitted walk in double shower.
The suite is ideal for a longer stay. In addition to the King-size bed, the room also has a full size single bed, and can accommodate 3 people.
Richmond Green
A very good sized first floor room with Super-king sized bed, Egyptian cotton and luxury percale bedding, plus sofa for two. Fully en-suite with full sized cast bath. The room can also be arranged as a large comfortable Twin room.
Rutland Retreat
A light and delightfully coordinated room with French finished furnishings, King size bed. fully en-suite bathroom with shower.
Garden View
A charming sunny first floor room with furnishings reflecting its garden outlook over the secluded garden. A double bedded room fully en-suite bathroom with bath.
Tudor Star
A very good sized yet cosy character room with beams and traditional polished wood furnishings, King size bed, fully en-suite bathroom with full sized cast bath.
