Booking Terms
Arrival. Check in is between 4pm and 8pm unless by prior agreement at least 2 days pre arrival.
- Non Smoking throughout.
- Unable to accommodate pets as there are 2 resident cats.
- Children over the age of 12 are welcome, with a maximum of 1 child per booking unless by arrangement, there is no capacity for extra beds or cots.
Deposit and pre-payment. Bookings are confirmed by acceptance of a deposit of 50 GBP per room that is non refundable to compensate for any losses, fees, costs and inconvenience caused by cancellations. For longer stays pre-payment up to 30% of the booking value may be requested.
Payments. A 2% handling charge is made for credit card payment, no charge for debit card.
Departure. Check out time is 10.30am on the day of departure, charges may be levied for late departure.

Prices only apply to bookings made direct to Croft House and exclude, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's weekend, Easter and Bank Holiday weekends.
Bookings can be made Online, by e-mail or phone. Croft House reserves the right to amend prices without further notice

Cancellation.
- If cancelled up to 42 days before arrival the deposit of 50 GBP will be retained.
- If cancelled up to 2 days before arrival Croft House reserves the right to charge 75% of all nights.
- If cancelled less than 2 days before arrival or in the case of no-show or delayed arrival the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- Following arrival no reduction is made for temporary absence, meals not taken or earlier departure than booked.
A verbal or written reservation constitutes a legal contract, the person making the reservation is legally liable. Annual Travel Insurance is recommended. Croft House reserves the right to amend or cancel any reservation due in unforeseen exceptional circumstances.
Amendments to confirmed booking dates that can be accommodated as agreed direct with Croft House may be charged at 10 GBP per room to cover administration costs, cancellation terms apply where they cannot be accommodated. Whilst we endeavor to supply your first choice of room we reserve the right to change the accommodation to at least an equal or better room (at no extra cost) when necessary.
Loss or damage. Croft House reserves the right to recover any loss incurred from persons booked in including: late departure: damage caused to buildings, fixtures, fittings, soft furnishings: escape of water and/or flood damage; discretionary compensation payment, or discount, we may have to pay to any other guests, as a result of your actions. If in our sole discretion, we feel any guests cause unacceptable annoyance, distress or embarrassment to fellow guests or have infringed any conditions of booking guests may be asked to leave immediately. The account will be due in full and no refunds will be given in these circumstances.
