Prices only apply to bookings made direct to Croft House and exclude, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's weekend, Easter and Bank Holiday weekends. We reserve the right to amend prices without further notice.

Reservations
Reservations will normally require a deposit of 30% of the booking value or minimum of £25 per person, payable by credit / debit card or cheque. A handling charge of 2% is made for credit card payments; no charge is incurred for cheque or debit card payments. Your reservation will be held for 7 days until receipt of deposit.
Arrivals
Rooms will be available from 4pm. To assist us in providing you with a warm welcome, your notification of approximate time of arrival, prior to your arrival date, is requested. Should you wish to arrive earlier please let us know and we will endeavour to have your room ready for you.
Your Stay
If we can help enhance your stay in any way please do not hesitate to request. Please advise in advance any special requirements that you may have. Please note that for the safety of all our guests Croft House is non-smoking.
Departure
We request rooms are vacated on your day of departure by 10.30 am.
Cancellation policy
Croft House is small privately run business, and cancellations can have a major impact, however where appropriate cancellations are treated sympathetically.
In the unlikely event of cancellation of all or part of your stay, it is in your interests to let us know as soon as possible. All deposits are non – refundable and whilst every effort will be made to re-let rooms, Croft House reserves the right to charge up to 75% of the total booking on any cancellation.
In the case of last minute / bank holiday cancellations of reservations or bookings or non-arrivals, Croft House may charge up to 100% of the booking value.
Holiday insurance is widely available and recommended, especially for longer stay bookings. No reduction is made for meals not taken or earlier departure than booked.
